The New Zealand amateur golfer Lydia Ko turned in one of the best final rounds of the day to finish in a tie for 17th at the US LPGA Championship in New York.
Because of rain earlier in the tournament the final two rounds were played today with Ko firing a 73 and a 69 to finish one over par.
Ko finished six shots behind the winner, Inbee Park of South Korea.
