The Blues and All Black back Rene Ranger has confirmed he'll play his rugby in France for the next two years.

Ranger has been linked with the French club Montpellier for some time although recent reports here had suggested he was trying to get out of the deal after being selected for the All Blacks.

Ranger has been named to start on the left wing for the All Blacks in Saturday night's third test against France in New Plymouth.

The 26-year-old says this year will be his last in New Zealand.

In other changes to the All Blacks team, hooker Andrew Hore, blindside flanker Victor Vito, halfback Piri Weepu and first five Dan Carter also get starts.
