The New Zealand golfers Lydia Ko and Danny Lee have both just missed winning titles at their respective tournaments in the United States.
Ko finished tied for 4th at the latest LPGA event in Arkansas, which is a leadup tournament to this week's US Open.
She finished just two shots from the winner.
Meanwhile Danny Lee was overtaken in the final round of the Web.com tour event in North Carolina.
Lee started the day with a four shot lead, but American Chesson Hadley fired a 7-under-par 64 to win by two from the New Zealander.
