Adelaide Thunderbirds have secured a home grand final in the trans-Tasman Netball Championship after beating the Melbourne Vixens 49-39 in this afternoon's major semi final.
Meanwhile in tonight's minor semi final, the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic coach Noeline Taurua says it's do or die time for her team.
The Magic face the Queensland Firebirds in Hamilton, with the winner going on to play the Vixens for a place in the final.
The Magic is the only side to have made the playoffs every year, but Taurua's not sure that's an advantage.
She says the attitude required for sudden death play offs is huge and now its time for her players to demonstrate that attitude under pressure.
