The former England fast bowler Andy Caddick says the national cricket side is better off without Kevin Pietersen leading the team.
Pietersen has resigned as captain but will continue as a player as England prepares to travel to the West Indies in a couple of weeks while England coach Peter Moores has been sacked.
Caddick says Moores has been a victim of Pietersen's egotistic behaviour.
Andrew Strauss has been appointed the new England captain.
