Coast to Coast entries strong despite economic recession

The current recession appears to be having little effect on the Coast to Coast multisport event.

Organisers say they have recieved 766 entries for next month's race, which is 3.7 percent down on last year.

Race Director Robin Judkins says given the current economic climate the number of entries is extraordinary.

He says they're still receiving entries, so there is every chance of having the same entry number as last year despite all the doom and gloom.
