The manager of New Zealand professional heavyweight boxer Shane Cameron says David Tua is over the hill.
Ken Reinsfield says Cameron is the future of heavweight boxing in this country while Tua's long break from the sport will cost him in June's all-New Zealand showdown, which was officially signed off in Auckland on Thursday.
Reinsfield says 37-year-old Tua has only fought three rounds in two years while Cameron is in his prime.
But Tua says he can overcome his inactivity with his passion because boxing is what he lives for.
A venue for the fight is still to be decided.
