The Whakatane golfer Zoe Brake has extended her lead at the New Zealand women's under-23 championships in Auckland.
Brake fired a second round three under-70 at the Pakuranga Golf Course to move to eight under for the tournament and three shots clear heading into the final round.
The 14-year-old Pakuranga golfer Celilia Cho is five under in second place.
Defending champ Emily Perry of Lochiel has overcome a disappointing two over first round to produce a second day five-under 68 to be in third place and five shots off the pace.
