The Australian cricketer Andrew Symonds will face a hearing tomorrow to explain his conduct during a radio interview last week where he made uncomplimentary remarks about the New Zealand wicket-keeper Brendon McCullum.
Symonds reacted to McCullum's recuitment by New South Wales for last weekend's domestic Twenty20 final.
He's been charged with making detrimental public comments, a breach of Cricket Australia's code of behaviour.
However, his contract won't be under threat, as the maximum penalty for the breach is a fine of less than 6-thousand Australian dollars.
