The New Zealand NBA basketballer Sean Marks has achieved another career first after nine years in the premier American league.
Marks has never started more than two games in a row for any franchise but broke that record with his third straight start for the New Orleans Hornets last week.
The New Zealand power forward produced season-highs in points, rebounds, assists and playing minutes in the Hornets 116-108 road loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Hornets next game at home against the Denver Nuggets will be Marks' 150th in an NBA uniform.
