The former England football manager Bobby Robson has called on David Beckham to quit the LA Galaxy to guarantee a place in England's squad at the 2010 World Cup.
He says Beckham has earned a vast fortune and he should now consider spending a few million dollars to buy himself out of the LA Galaxy and keep his World Cup dream alive.
Beckham, who has 107 caps for England, one short of Bobby Moore's record for an outfield player, is on loan at AC Milan until March the 9th.
The Italian club are keen to keep him full time, while Galaxy have said he will honour his contract with them.
