The Australian boxer Shannon Taylor believes the locals will back him to beat Anthony Mundine in next weeks WBA Middleweight World title eliminator at Woolongong.
Taylor and Mundine almost came to blows when the two faced the media yesterday to promote the fight.
The winner is likely to become the mandatory opponent to face WBA world champion Felix Strum in Germany later this year.
Taylor says most Australians would like to see him shut Mundine up.
