The New Zealand Fed Cup women's tennis team has beaten India 3-0 in their opening match of their Asia-Oceania group one tournament in Perth.
Dianne Hollands and Marina Erakovic started the day in the singles with convincing straight sets wins, while in the doubles Kairangi Vano and Erakovic beat their opponents 6-2, 6-3.
New Zealand's other opponents in their pool are Indonesia and Uzbekistan.
