The New Zealand cricket coach says his players are well aware of what's at stake in today's third Chappell-Hadlee match against Australia in Sydney.

The Blackcaps head into the one-dayer needing just one win to claim the series.

Coach Andy Moles says the team will give it their all when they take the field this afternoon, as they want to win this match and then the remaining two in the series.

He says the players realise they're on the verge of doing something quite special.
