Unstable weather conditions have forced organisers to call off today's planned quarterfinals and the semi final of yachting's Louis Vuitton Pacific series, on the Hauraki Gulf in Auckland.
Damiani Italia and Britain's Team Origin were to meet in the first quarterfinal and BMW Oracle and Italy's Luna Rossa in the second, with the winners of those races squaring off to decide who'll meet Swiss syndicate Alinghi in the Challenger Series final on Thursday.
But a lack of wind and what wind there was, was unstable led to organisers postponing the races until tomorrow.
The winner of the Challenger final will meet Team New Zealand in the regatta final.
