Former England captain Martin Corry was banned for six weeks on Friday for making contact with the eye of Ospreys hooker Matthew Hibbard during a Heineken Cup match last month.
A statement from European Rugby Cup said the Leicester lock had not made intentional contact with Hibbard's eye and was not guilty of striking.
