The seven time Tour de France cycle winner Lance Armstrong's return to the professional ranks has only gone from bad to worse on the tour of California...although he's still fourth overall.
After having his $20,000 time trial bike stolen yesterday, Armstrong today he crashed into a photographer about 120-km into the 185km stage but was able to make up the lost ground on a replacement bike but was able to finish
21 seconds behind the stage winner.
Armstrong says his hip is sore but feels the accident could have been much worse.
