NZ could still play Pakistan at a neutral venue

The New Zealand Cricket chief executive Justin Vaughan says playing Pakistan at a neutral venue later this year is still a possibility.

Vaughan says the proposed tour of Pakistan in November and December will now not take place following yesterday's terror attacks on the Sri Lankan team in Lahore.

He says that tour always had a question mark hanging over it because of Pakistans ongoing security concerns.

Vaughan says they plan to talk to the Pakistani officials when they next meet in April and playing some matches in Abu Dhabi will be on the agenda.
