Sehwag says it was tough for NZ bowlers

The Indian opening batsman Virender Sehwag has some sympathy for the New Zealand bowlers who so far in the one day series have failed to trouble him or any of the other Indian batsmen.

Sehwag scored the fastest one-day century ever by an Indian as they reached 201 without loss in reply to New Zealand's 270 for 5 in last night's 4th match in Hamilton.

Rain then prevented any further play with the Indians winning by 10 wickets under the Duckworth Lewis system.

Sehwag says the conditions made it tough for New Zealand and it wasn't easy going for him.

He says the rain messed things up for the Black Caps as the ball got wet with each delivery after the first rain break.

The fifth match is in Auckland on Saturday.
