India need 281 to beat New Zealand and win the fourth one day cricket international in Hamilton.

New Zealand made 270 for five with a 95 run sixth wicket partnership between Peter McGlashan and Grant Elliott off just 61 balls, boosting their total.

With two rain interruptions the match has been reduced to 47 over affair which means the Duckworth Lewis method has seen the Black Caps total readjusted to 280.

Brendon McCullum top scored with 77 while McGlashan made 56 not out, his first one day international half century.

A short time ago India was 8 for none in the second over.
