The Beijing Olympic triathlon bronze medalist Bevan Docherty and world number eight Debbie Tanner have won the final round of the Contact Tri Series in Wellington.
Docherty ran away from a huge group off the bike finishing 20 seconds clear of Clark Ellice with Graham O'Grady third.
Tanner kicked clear of Nicky Samuels and Rebecca Spence after they had ridden away from the women's field on the 40-kilometre bike.
Spence crossed third to win the Under 23 women's title and Tony Dodds took the men's.
