The first tickets to the 2011 Rugby World Cup final were given away in Wellington today.
Brendan Bartlett's name was drawn from around 500 fans who turned up at Westpac stadium in Wellington for the giveaway that marked Heinekens new sponsorship deal with the Rugby World Cup.
Mr Bartlett says he intended to try and get tickets for World Cup matches, and can now make plans to attend the final at Eden Park.
Tournament tickets for the public wont go on sale for another 10 months.
