Hawkes Bay wrapped up Round Two in the National Basketball League with a 106-75 win over
Manawatu Jets in Napier to leave the Jets at the bottom of the ladder without a win in three games.
The Hawks led by 20 at half-time and outscored the Jets 30-17 in the third quarter.
Two players registered double doubles for the Hawks with Chris Daniel locking in 13 points and 10 rebounds and import Charles Bailey hit 24 points and 10 boards.
And the Hawks other import John Thomas showed impressive range in hitting a game- high 26, most from the three point line.
