Black Caps squad largely unchanged

Despite 10 wicket loss to Indian inside four days at Hamilton the New Zealand cricket team for the second test in Napier is largely unchanged with Jacob Oram judged not yet yet at full match fitness.

The head of the selection panel GlennTurner says the all-rounder's had only a couple of days in the domestic four day championship and will benefit from more game time

The only omission from the first test squad is the Northern Districts medium fast bowler Brent Arnel

who was not considered after suffering a side strain in his State Championship match last week.

Pace bowler Iain O'Brien and batsman Daniel Flynn picked up minor injuries at Seddon Park and

and will be monitored over the next two or three days but there are no plans to bring in additional players as cover.

The rest of the squad is: Daniel Vettori (captain), James Franklin, Martin Guptill,Tim McIntosh

Brendon McCullum, Chris Martin, Kyle Mills, Iain O'Brien, Jeetan Patel, Jesse Ryder and Ross Taylor.
