Aston Villa's goalkeeper Brad Friedel has had the red card he received during Monday's s 5-0 thrashing by Liverpool overturned by the Football Association.
Friedel was sent-off in the 63rd minute at Anfield for bringing down Liverpool striker Fernando Torres inside the penalty area.
Villa's successful appeal means the United States international will be available for their Premier League at Manchester United on April 5.
