The New Zealander, Jamie Hill remains unbeaten at the Bowls World Cup indoor singles championships in New South Wales.

Hill, who had a win and a bye on the first day, beat Norfolk Island's Phil Jones in two sets this morning.

He next faces two of his toughest rivals, Fijian Ratish Lal, and world champion Malaysian, Safuan Said.

In the men's Junior World Cup, Shannon McIlroy showed he's recovered from his first round loss, effortlessly beating Alit Rajali from Brunei 26-nil.

However, New Zealand's two women competitors, Jo Edwards and Genevieve Baildon both suffered losses in their second matches yesterday, and will want to be unbeaten in their two matches today to remain in title contention.
