The New Zealand tennis number two Dan King-Turner has won the ASB Pro Circuit title singles title in Wellington, his first Futures title in New Zealand and his fourth overall.
King-Turner defeated the Korean Davis Cup player, Young-Jun Kim 6-4 6-1 in blustery conditions at the Renouf Tennis Centre.
His win is only the second by a New Zealand male in Futures following on from Simon Rea's success a couple of years ago in Hamilton.
In the women's final Korean qualifier So-Jung Kim beat fifth seeded countrywoman Kyung-Yee Chae 4-6 6-3 7-5.
