The former All Black first five eighth Carlos Spencer could leave English club Gloucester at the end of the season after admitting to being homesick and keen on a return to New Zealand.
Spencer joined Gloucester from Premiership rivals Northampton in February on a 17-month contract.
However, Spencer says that he has only signed up until the end of the current season and his future is far from certain.
Spencer could not rule out a lucrative move to France, but with his wife wanting a return home, a move back to New Zealand could be on the cards.
He says he does miss home, he misses the lifestyle, but at this stage he's made no decisions.
