Auckland has won the State Championship cricket final, beating Central Districts by five wickets at Lincoln, near Christchurch.
Chasing 188 to win, the Aces struggled early and at one stage were 104 for five.
But Gareth Hopkins with 48 from 118 balls and Colin de Grandhomme with 54 from 59 balls got Auckland home with an unbeaten 84-run partnership.
Richard Jones was the other major contributor with 38 off 82 balls.
