The experiencd Australian football coach Luciano Trani has been appointed as the first of two assistant coaches to work with Phoenix head coach Ricki Herbert.
Trani joins the Phoenix from Victoria Football where he's beenc a coaching instructor since 2007.
He has previously coached at Victorian Premier League and National Soccer League level.
Trani will help Herbert develop training sessions and take charge of technical analysis and the assessment of opposition teams.
