There's a been a double blow to Wellington's National Basketball league side with the news that
Nick Horvath and Lindsay Tait will not be joining the Saints roster this year.
Lindsay Tait is to be married in Auckland on Saturday and it was hoped he would join the Saints after the honeymoon.
But he says as much as he really wanted to play for the Saints again this year his body was telling him it was time for a break.
Horvath's reached the same conclusion after back to back seasons in the Australian and New Zealand and NBLs.
Saints head coach Gordie McLeod says they're key members of his squad and it's harder to find
quality local players than it is to replace imports.
