Having won all three races at the Hamilton V8 event last year Holden Racing Team's Garth Tander looms as the leading contender for this year's title when racing gets underway on Saturday.
The format is different this year with two races, both 200-kilometres or 59 laps long, with one on Saturday and the other on Sunday, which Tander feels will make it even more difficult to predict.
Tander says he loves street circuits but until they've had a couple of events in Hamilton it'll be hard to know who's the best there.
