2009 could be an okay season for All Blacks

Updated at 12:30pm on 27 November 2009

The All Blacks coach Graham Henry says 2009 won't be a great year for them, but a win over France on Sunday morning will make it a pretty good one.

Three defeats to South Africa and the loss of the Tri-Nations trophy means 2009 wasn't up to their usual high standard, especially after they were heavily criticised for their inept performances in the middle of the year.

However Henry feels having more consistency in selections thanks to the return of a number of players from injury has certainly helped them.

Preparing for their 14th and last Test of the year, Henry has taken stock of the season which saw them lose four times and says a win over France will certainly finish off the year on a high.
