The Kiwis international Krisnan Inu has borne the brunt of the Parramatta Eels humiliating 48-18 national rugby league loss to the Bulldogs.

The Eels are second to bottom on the ladder and after the match coach Daniel Anderson questioned the players personal pride.

But Inu's the only player dropped while the Eels will welcome back former Test and Origin star Jason Hindmarsh back from injury for Friday's match against Brisbane.

Hindmarsh wouldn't say if he felt more players deserved to be dropped but said the club's working up a siege mentality ahead of taking on a Brisbane side that's lost just one game this season.
