RPA to continue work with rugby players

The executive director of the Professional Rugby Players' Association Rob Nicol says they'll be using a few initiatives this year as they continue their work of trying to keep their players out of trouble.

In recent weeks two Blues players have been stood down following off-field incidents, most recently winger Rene Ranger who was involved in an altercation last weekend.

Nicol concedes some degree of misconduct is inevitable.

He says in recent times players tend to have had problems when they're not in the team enviroment.....
