Citroen's Dani Sordo leads by just over five seconds going into the second day of Rally Argentina.
The Spaniard headed the field on a day when the lead changed hands eight times in nine stages.
In second place is BP Ford Abu Dhabi driver Mikko Hirvonen with defending World Champion Sebastien Loeb in third 11.2 seconds off the lead. Citroen privateer and former world champion Petter Solberg is in fourth and further 2.6 seconds back.
The drivers face a further nine stages tomorrow/ today ( Saturday ) before the rally ends on Sunday.
