The Christchurch Cougars' six-game winning streak in the National Basketball League has been brought to a halt after suffering a 99-82 defeat to Waikato at the Hamilton YMCA.
The Pistons' victory leaves them with the best win percentage in the league of 83.3%, despite playing three games less than NBL leaders, the Nelson Giants.
