The world champion single sculler Mahe Drysdale and three other top rowers Emma Twigg, Hamish Bond and Eric Murray have taken a break from training to show how the World Rowing Championships at Lake Karapiro are to be promoted.

The RowBox will tour top regattas during the European summer,

It's a container which folds down to show four rowing machines with digital technology that gives users a virtual row along the lake as it will look next year..

This year's championship is in Poland at the end of August and with the New Zealand team heading for Europe in six weeks Drysdale says he's pretty happy with the way he's been training.
