Gayle refuses to sweat on England's Onions

England may be set to hand Test debuts to pace bowlers Graham Onions and Tim Bresnan in tonight's series opener with the West Indies at Lord's, but skipper Chris Gayle is unconcerned.

Gayle, one of the most aggressive opening batsmen currently in world cricket, said he'd never seen either quick in action and then joked: "I don't know nothing about them, I haven't seen them, not even tasted onion."

While Onions has been called up, fellow Durham fast bowler Stephen Harmison has been left out of England's 12-man squad after being dropped in the Caribbean earlier this year in a series the West Indies, under Gayle, won 1-0.

Gayle says England has two capable spinners in Graeme Swann and Monty Panesar. and a still has pace bowlers Jimmy Anderson and Stuart Broad, so it's a pretty decent attack.
