The Christchurch Cougars have beaten North Harbour 75-73 in a National Basketball League thriller at the North Shore Events Centre in Auckland.
The win means the Cougars return home with two big road wins after the Heat/ Stars double header.
The Heat controlled the tip off and the first quarter, winning it 19-9 but lost the next two quarters and the game.
Manawatu play Waikato in Sunday's game.
