The Heineken Cup finalists Leicester reached their fifth consecutive Premiership final with a 24-10 win over Bath at the Walkers Stadium.
The Tigers led 14-0 at half-time
Table-topping Leicester, who last won the Premiership in 2007, now meet London Irish after their comfortable 17-0 victory over Harlequins.
The final is at Twickenham next weekend.
Leicester face Leinster in the Heineken Cup final at Murrayfield, Edinburgh a week later.
