Waikato Pistons have beaten the Manawatu Jets 107-67 in the national basketball league.
Pistons Adam Ballinger had a game high 27, while rookie teammate Thomas Abercrombie scored 24.
Jets started the game well opening the quarter with a 10-0 run. But thelead was short lived as the Pistons put on 13 unanswered points.
Marcel Jones continued his scoring form with 10 points in the first quarter as the Pistons led 21-20.
In the second quarter the Pistons ran away with the game with a 15-2 run in the first five minutes. They led 47-32 at halftime.
