Manchester United captured their 18th English premier league title this morning with a nil-all draw at home to Arsenal.
Fourth-placed Arsenal came agonisingly close to victory at Old Trafford when captain Cesc Fabregas struck a shot against the outside post with seven minutes remaining.
United's draw put them on 87 points, sealing the title with one game remaining.
Second placed Liverpool, on 80 points, play West Bromwich Albion tomorrow.

In other results overnight, Everton beat West Ham 3-1, and at the other end of the table... Hull drew 1-all with Bolton, keeping them out of the relegation zone, just above Newcastle who went down to Fulham 1-nil.
Middlesborough drew 1-all with Aston Villa Stoke beat Wigan 2-nil and Tottenham Hotspur beat Manchester City 2-1.
