Ferguson says United want to win against Hull

Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson says the champions will not field a severely depleted team for their final Premier League football match of the season against struggling Hull City on Monday morning (NZT).

Ferguson says they don't want to end on a losing note after speculation that United, who wrapped up their third successive Premier League title last weekend, would rest their top players for this week's Champions League final against Barcelona in Rome.

He says it's important to a league that has the best integrity in the world and no matter which team he plays, he expects to win.

Hull will start the final day of the league season one place and one point above relegation rivals Newcastle. Sunderland could also fall while Middlesbrough require a win to stand any hope of staying up.
