All Blacks winger out of Super 14 final

All Blacks and Chiefs winger Sitiveni Sivivatu will miss this weekend's Super 14 rugby final against the Bulls in Pretoria.

Sitiveni dislocated his shoulder in the semi final win over the Hurricanes and won't be on tomorrow morning's flight to South Africa.

All Blacks centre Richard Kahui, who mised the semi final with a calf injury, has been included in the squad though and will travel.

Chiefs coach Ian Foster says they only started planning their trip to the Republic after qualifying for the semi-final on Friday night.

He says they couldn't afford to do it any differently given the logistics involved and had the Crusaders won it would have been straightforward to revert to hosting the final.

Despite leading 20-7, the Crusaders eventually lost to the Bulls 36-23.
