Dislocated shoulder could spell the end of 2009 for All Blacks winger

A dislocated shoulder means All Blacks and Chiefs winger Sitiveni Sivivatu will not only miss next weekend's Super 14 final against the Bulls in Pretoria, but quite likely the entire international season.

Sitiveni dislocated his shoulder in the semi-final win over the Hurricanes, the same one he injured six weeks ago and will see a specialist in the next week or so.

Coach Ian Foster says if surgery is recommended, that would more than likely rule him out for the rest of the year.

There is some better news for the Chiefs on the injury front though, with All Blacks centre Richard Kahui flying out with the team for South Africa.

Kahui missed the semi final win over the Hurricanes with a calf muscle tear but medical staff expect him to be right for the final.
