Latimer knows what's required now

The All Blacks openside flanker Tanerau Latimer is hoping to have more of a grip on his game when he starts for the All Blacks in Saturday night's second Test against France in Wellington.

Latimer came on for the last 20 minutes when the All Blacks were beaten in Dunedin last weekend and he says that taste has now shown him what is required at this level.

He says that 20 minutes was a bit of a blur but he enjoyed it.

Latimer says the intensity's that much higher at Test level and everything's a bit faster and you have to adapt to that.

He say they've been training harder this week and they need to raise their intensity on Saturday night.
