The coach of the Sydney Roosters rugby league side, Brad Fittler, will not be charged over a late night police call out in Queensland.
The police say a woman called them from her Townsville hotel room at about 3 o'clock to say there was a man with no shirt trying to get in
When police got to the hotel they found a very drunk Fittler who could not find his own room, which officers were able to escort him back to.
The Sydney Roosters chief executive, Steve Noyce, is believed to flying to Townsville to investigate the incident.
The Roosters are playing the North Queensland Cowboys tonight on Saturday.
