Kitchen and Hawkes up a place

New Zealand's Shelley Kitchen and Jaclyn Hawkes have each moved up a place in the top 20 of latest Women's World Squash rankings.

Nicol David of Malaysia has completed three years at the top tol come only the third player to achieve such an unbroken run, behind New Zealander Susan Devoy's 58 months and Australian Michelle Martin's 44 months.

Natalie Grainger of the United States retains second while the Dutch number one Natalie Grinham rises to third overtaking her older sister Rachael Grinham, who represents Australia.

Kitchen's 10th and Hawkes 16th.
