Australia, Croatia and the USA remain undefeated

Australia, Croatia and the USA remain undefeated after day five of the Under-19 men's basketball World Championship in Auckland.

But powerhouses Greece, Lithuania and Argentina are of the brink of elimination with an day to go in the second round which saw the Junior Tall Blacks finish 13th by beating Angola 62-54.

The USA beat Puerto Rico 82-61 so Puerto Rico must beat Egypt today to guarantee passage to the quarter finals.

Croatia defeated Spain 91-72, but Spain will go through if they beat Kazakhstan, while Croatia's match with Australia will decide the top team in Group F.

After losing 76-65 to Australia Argentina must beat Canada to guarantee a quarter final berth, otherwise they will be relying on other results going their way.

France beat Lithuania 95-78 while Greece made short work of Egypt 100-59, but must beat France to reach the knockout stage while Canada beat Kazakhstan 108-70.

Iran finished 15th in the 16 team tournament with a 93-53. win over Syria.
